Step 1 - Get a JoeyBag (from a stockist or online)

The first step is to purchase a bag from a stockist. Alternatively, you can order a bag directly from ourselves via our website.

We offer two different sizes to suit your needs - the Mini Bag (1 tonne) and the Mega Bag (1.5 tonnes).

Step 2 - Fill it with your waste

Fold down the sides to make it easier and as you fill your JoeyBag pull up the sides to contain your waste.

Before you fill your JoeyBag REMEMBER that in order for it to be collected by our lorry it must be positioned no further than 13ft from the public highway.
 
Please do not use the JoeyBag to dispose of sharp objects, hot ashes or anything that may penetrate the JoeyBag. Do not use your JoeyBag to dispose of Asbestos, Motor tyres, Batteries, Oil, Pesticides, Clinical waste, Fridges, Freezers or Gas bottles. If you fail to comply with this directive, you may be in breach of UK environmental protection laws - Thank you!

Step 3 - Arrange for collection

You can arrange for collection either by calling us on 0845 686 0505, or by booking online. You will need to confirm what type of waste is inside your JoeyBag, the location of your JoeyBag and your credit/debit card details.

Please note that cost of collection varies according to location. Collection prices start from £39.00 inc VAT for the Mini Bag and £49.00 inc VAT for the Mega Bag.

Step 4 - Our lorry will collect it

Once collected, your waste will be recycled where possible.
