Returns Policy

Our 30 day no quibbles guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us unopened and in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. We aim to process refunds within 14 days.

If the item is faulty or is being returned because of our error, we will be happy to refund the delivery charge incurred in sending the item to you. This also applies when you are returning goods within the statutory seven working day cooling off period.

We will also refund your return postage costs if the item is faulty or is being returned because of our error. We regret we cannot refund return postage cost in other cases.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
